I am putting my KR-2 back together after re-locating the main gear, modifying the elevator trim tab control, re-working the carb to put in a new throttle control and installing 46 pounds of ballast in the engine compartment. All the while doing an annual condition inspection due in April.

I am using an electronic power panel that has electronic breakers. When circuit trips, the electronic breaker resets when the power is switched off. The power switches are at the lower left of my panel; an easy reach right next to the throttle. The electronic breakers have no life-limiting

The only circuit breaker accessable to the pilot is the fuel pump. It is located just below the throttle adjacent to the fuel pump switches. This is the only item I have to have to stay aloft. There are three pumps (L, R, & a common for either). I will be using Pmags, so if I have partial
