If I read the registration correctly - not the superimposed "K2NE", whatever that's supposed to be - but on the empennage, it looks like N382L. This comes up as the KR-2 built by Lance Niebauer. Currently registered (questionably) to someone in Texas. Hmmm. Bill Johns
