Dan I was less than thrilled with the stuff as well. I tried using a
squeegee, a roller. a brush, and a body filler spreader. I put 6 coats on
and sanded everyone. I even sprayed it as well. Don't remember which
method worked best but I'd really look at other products if starting
over.

I figured out a few things when I primed my plane with Smooth Prime.
First, sand it with 3M Sandblaster paper. This stuff is incredible. It does a
great job, takes forever to wear out, and most importantly, it doesn't clog
like all the other sandpapers I have used. I used 150 at first, then

A complete dissasembly of the engine. My problem was oil was dripping off
of the case half nuts, this meant the seals ( orings ) that go over the
case half studs had to be defective-as i removed them several
almost fell apart. This eng was built in 81 but I'm the only one to fly
it..
