In order to save myself from the step of linking an additional file name
to the DVD ISO, I unchecked the Remove Image check-box in the burning
dialog. It removed the image anyway. Maybe that should be a separate
bug or maybe you want to look at that while you're at it.

After reinstalling the Sevenmachines PPA nvidia drivers, all direct
rendering works, with the exception of KWin composting under OpenGL, so
I suspect it may be a program specific problem related to the mesa
changes.
