In the new Pootle version, there is a possibility to add tags to the
files. I can see them grouped on the Overview page, but clicking on them
has no action.
Also, in the Pootle documentation, it is said that a filter icon should
be present, but I can't see it nowhere.

Do you know how to do that or where I can fin

I use both, but for me it's two different tools, one is an online tool
the other a local one. I use Pootle as a project repository and Virtaal
to translate. I would see more a comparison between OmegaT and Virtaal :)
