Hi Martin, I send this to the website and l10n lists as well, as it might be interesting for other users as well.
a "how to get the CMS interface in your language" On Mon, Dec 27, 2010 at 3:43 PM, Martin Srebotnjak <mi...@filmsi.net> wrote: > 2010/12/27 Christian Lohmaier <lohmaier+ooofut...@googlemail.com> > > It seems to me that Slovenian spell-check is not working in CMS (I select > Slovenian from drop-down but all is in red and only English suggestions are > available for underlined Slovenian words. There is no spellcheck file available unfortunately > Also, the GUI is in English, can you please add Slovenian interface > language? There is no slovenian interface by default, as the translation percentage is too low for inclusion in the release of silverstripe. in general: Did you choose the desired CMS interface language when creating your account? If not, go to https://www.libreoffice.org/ForumMemberProfile/edit and change accordingly (remember to retype your password twice) If you did, and it is in english, then there just is no translation available currently. silverstripe has a somewhat experimental translation framework at http://translate.silverstripe.org/ when you choose the CMS module (below the language table and the CMS Workflow module, you can download the available translation. Please review http://translate.silverstripe.org/home/generatelang/1/sl_SI if this is OK, I can add this file (it would still fallback to english for the non-defined strings. Full list of strings for the core https://github.com/tdf/cms-code/blob/master/cms/lang/en_US.php for the workflow module that is used as well: https://github.com/tdf/cms-code/blob/master/cmsworkflow/lang/en_US.php If an entry is an array, like this: $lang['en_US']['CMSMain']['RESTORED'] = array( 'Restored \'%s\' successfully', PR_MEDIUM, 'Param %s is a title' ); then the first entry is the string to translate, the second parameter specifies how important it is to have a translation for a string (i.e. you should translate PR_HIGH before translating those with lower priority, sometimes it is a symbolic constant, sometimes a integer value - higher value=higher priority), the third one is a hint regarding the context, in this example it explains what the %s parameter will be replaced with in the example. If there is demand, I can see to convert the files for use with pootle, but of course I want to be sure that any translation will be contributed to the silverstripe project... ciao Christian -- Unsubscribe instructions: E-mail to l10n+h...@libreoffice.org List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/www/l10n/ *** All posts to this list are publicly archived for eternity ***
