Interestingly, I read, that due to the design decisions made when I was designing the letters for my recent book, it appears that I might have run into a 'brick wall'? In case anyone fears for my safety, I would like to assure those who may be interested that is simply not the case.

Lorelei, Don't feel so bad about your thread. I made a B earlier this year from a pattern an Ozzie friend sent me (hi Annette :-) ), and I used about a 140/2 cotton, but for the thick thread, I used coloured 50 Retours - pink to outline the flower, green for the leaves and Blue for the letter.
