Interesting site! I think that is a photo enlargement of a point de gaze rose. Wow! There are a couple more lacy ones - one looks like cast iron painted white and one is a piece of lace, maybe a curtain suspended behind the bed. A bridal veil would look gorgeous there except I don't think anyon

My granddaughter in law in Ottawa just sent me information about this. It is too late to do anything about it this year, but it certainly gives us ideas for the next. It also shows that lace gatherings don't have to be held in luxury hotels, so far beyond the reach of most of us. Enjoy and dr
