Just so you know, "Tina" weighs about 4 pounds, hence the cost of
postage. It's no slim pocket volume (but it's not a doorstop either -
much too cool a book for that!) :-)

I also recommend putting in a "want" in Abebooks (www.abebooks.com). If a copy becomes
available, you get an e-mail telling you the name of the seller and the price. Of
course, if you're looking for that book on eBay, then saving the item as a search and
requesting automatic e-mail notification
