The sites that have scanned books, not only lace but just bout any subject you
care to name, are world-wide libraries where you can research a subject and
read books, magazines and articles you may not have heard of or have access
to, which has to be a good
I am in two minds about all the scans on the net as there have been times
that seeing the scan has made me go and buy the book - which I would not
have otherwise done.

I too have seen all of the books being posted recently. Most of them
seem to be from European lace makers.
I agree with what you say and will do my part. Perhaps someone with
more knowledge of international copyright laws could notify the
moderators for the lace group that is posting the
