One thing I'd suggest to counteract the effects of leaning forward would be to try and keep your tailbone tucked to neutral ( your pelvis is level rather than tilted) And to stretch your spine gently in the other direction, by rotating your shoulders down and back, and arching starting with the

Shirley I like to use one of those office chairs like you describe, too. Getting the seat height correct relative to the pillow is really important. And the secretary's chair lets me work at a regular height table or a typing table (a little lower). That adjustable back support is important too.
