Hello every body, I install Traffic control on the my system(Kernel 2.4.7),when I adjust rule on that,my network rate decrease,I don't know why, In the normal operation I get 98Mbps ,but when I use cbq class ,and set the bandwith 50Mbit I get 15Mbps, :( what is the TC buttleneck ? I am really
