I can't find if tap devices raise the tbusy signal or generate EOI
events, so I assume they don't. Should I go for eql devices like the doc
says?

works. What am I doing wrong? I'd rather do not use fw selectors. Or
should I solve this problem another way?

According to the doc the minimal burst should be 10mS*160Kbit=1600. Why
is it 1803?
Q4: I want this class to be able to allow 400Kbit burst during 3
seconds. What value should I give to the burst parameter? Is this
400/160*1803=4507b?

Hello, I'm looking for a low-bloat distro that will have support for
multiple service providers (DSL Cable)
FreeSWAN VPN, and other kernel patches applied.
Something fairly quick and simple.
I was origonaly thinking Slackware or Debian.
I'd prefer something that is easily updatable (i.e. cron
I have wondershaper to limit my upload at 400kilobits (my line is 600kbps).
I do a lot of torrent seeding and I dont want my pings killed when I'm
uploading so I set low prority source ports as follows (by the way, I have
bittornet to only use ports 6881-6910):
NOPRIOPORTSRC=6881 6882 6883
dev $DEV parent 1: protocol ip prio 10 u32 match ip dst $LAN flowid 1:1
# Default filter for everything else
tc filter add dev $DEV parent 1: protocol ip prio 15 u32 match ip dst 0.0.0.0/0 flowid
1:2

When I run this script, it says:
RTNETLINK answers: No such file or directory
Unknown filter flowid, hence option 1:2 is unparsable
Any help gratefully received. TIA.
