The below is from an Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS with Mate Desktop on an HP workstation laptop. I have retrieved the tagged release sources for fpc 3.2.2 and Lazarus 2.2.4 from gitlab and built the compiler and IDE on the command line. When I start the Lazarus IDE I get to the dialog "Welcome to Lazarus
