I helped a friend put up a LEAF box, ESB2. I have a surfboard cable modem. He bought a Toshiba model. I had no problems at all, but we both pulled our hair out with his modem. The final answer was to switch to the latest version of the dhcpclient.lrp package. One other problem that I had was
