i'd like to know if anyone is interested in the improvement/bughunting
of savelog. I have/had lots of touble oops trouble with it.
A box using bering1.0-stable is running. I had a look at the newer
versions of uclibc to check if that file has been changed since I am
using it. Does not

The counters _remain_ at zero after surfing some
sites.

My beringbox loses its route. The default gateway changes
to dev ipsec0 ! Default gateway has to be ppp0. I believe this
happens in the moment when my provider forces to re-connect.
We had a discussion about that phenomenon some days ago, but

I am trying to use two IDE-CDrom drives, I recently connected to my
Bering 1.0-Box loading of moduls succeeded, both drives are found while
loading the moduls. Manufacturer name and other stuff is recognized
correctly.
How do I access the devices ?

Currently I am using my privat DNSserver with static
client-IPs.
They just use djbdns for nameresolution. I edited the
config files for tinydns, restarted shorwall and dns
and zoom: it works. Now I can get rid off /etc/hosts.
