To run this command you want to go to "start" > "run". Type "cmd" hit enter. You get a dos screen. At the command prompt type "ipconfig /all". This will give you the info about your network interfaces. To relese and then renew type "ipconfig /release" and then "ipconfig /renew". -Original M
