[leaf-user] Migrating for Bering 3 to 4?

I've had an old PC running Bering Leaf 3 from a CF card for some years now. It's been fine, but maybe it's time to update to version 4. I've basically forgotten most details as to how I set up my original box, so it will be a learning experience all over again. Is there an easy way to migrate
