If you want to learn to build a floppy, I can't help.
If you want to have a cdrom image, I've added one to cvs - based on glibc
2.2.5.
In comparison to Luis F. Correia's description, this image is made with the
old-style bootable floppy-image on the cd.

You say that you made the CD from the directions.
But then, you say 'putting the bootable floppy back in to boot'
and got the same error...
It's strange, the Bering CD instructions uses ISOLINUX which
does not use any floppies at all to boot.
