Does it work the other way though? Yorkshire, when crap, are harder to
relegate because they draw games they should have lost?

We didn't lose 40% of our games (difficult to be promoted in that case).
40% of the games were lost to the weather.

The point I'm trying to make is a crap team that deserves to lose all
their games and go down could draw all their games and stay up just
