Hello Peter the pulley is 10" and made out of cast iron, I found it in a box of old pulleys at work. (it most likely went to an old air compressor, but your guess is as good as mine?) I had to make a sleeve for this pulley center hole, the hole was 3/4"and it needs to be 5/16" to have it mate up
