I know it is the wrong group but I used my shopsmith to make lots of moulding. I would think the legacy would work well also. The shopsmith had one advantage as you could tilt the head. I guess you could angle the base to achieve the same. I used to run replacement stuff for the antique houses

Hello Cole I've made some moldings for picture frames that I made in the past. But nothing resent. How many feet are you looking at to make? If you make a good table with feather boards on the sides and also one or two on the top to hold down the wood, I think that the Legacy can do this job

For short runs like under 7 feet I will use the Legacy to do a quick match of historic or repair purposes. For anything longer or a job of 50 Linear feet or more, I have a blade made for my Williams and Hussy molder. With that little machine I can do straight mold as well as arch molding.
