Our machines are grounded from electrical shocks in my humble opinion, but I
guess there are some extreme cases where a shock might be possible, but highly
unlikely. I'm not a certified electrician, but that's my knuckle dragger point

The recall was only for the base, they added a rubber insulator to the base
where it is held. It stated that the router was good to use if mounted in a
table or machine. I just posted the recall for those that may remove the
router from the Legacy and use it as a hand held.
