Hello JoeI own one of those clamps/stop collars. It is a very easy set up to make..I have made a few that are like it in the past, (for work not the Legacy.) you can take two stop collars what ever size you want. in this case a 7/8" that will be threaded, and a 1" for the drive collar or spur.

Sorry to ask but I can’t find the answer. Some time back there was a coupler discussed that would thread on my headstock 1”x8 and also clamp to 2 MT to allow precise alignment when positioning , say a 4 sided spindle and by adjusting set screws allow that opportunity. Anyone have a link to it or

I have the #2mt and smooth outside so no threads. It was the way Woodchuck came out. My index hub was a cap that fit over the shaft. Now the #2MT is not going to be used and the Hub is going to be a cap again and I suspect it will be threaded inside. If there is a lock collar though it
