Mark, I have done multiple dust collection videos, if you haven't watched them. Collecting chips on the LOM is like herding cats. My idea about dust collection is let the chips fall where they may. By that I mean I would put a floor in the bottom of the LOM and sliding panels on the sides

Not trying to divert the topic, but while I can see how building an enclosure underneath the LOM will help, what about the fines? The porter cable router that came with my newly acquired pre-owned 1000 has absolutely no dust control.What is everyone doing for the fine dust? Sticking a 4 to 6"
