In all my searching, I have seen samples of a hollow spiral where the shape of

Is it possible to download youtube videos? I find it a lot more convenient
to watch videos from my hard drive instead of on the web. First off they
are easier to find. Second they don't get taken down by the person that

Lots of pluses but I don't know how to do it.
I am not very familiar with youtube. Therefore, I have some questions.
To find LOM videos do I just search in general or are they all in some sort
of repository, ie, a folder, a named group, etc.
I have done a search using 'ornamental mill' and get some results and

First off, thank you all for your comments. I am learning a lot.
The accuracy I am concerned with is that of the setup. How accurate does
the setup have to be to get rid of the ridges that remain after I turn the
work piece to diameter.
The attached photos will (I hope) show the ridges.

think the router and wood are not perpendicular. The error is quite small. How
do I correct this?

I have found a 900 for sale and am wondering what the current value is. It
appears to be just the model 900 No extras, no router, no bits. I've
looked at ebay but those are always listed with the router and bits.
It looks like the 900 sold for about $1200 new but that was some years ago.
