I have a 900 with a Z axis upgrade, I have been using a 7518 in it since it
was purchased a couple of years ago. It has never bogged down or indeed
given me any problems, I therefore wonder if the router is the problem or
is there some other reason, the 7518 is a 3 1/4 hp unit, that should be
