Hi Bill,
I have a 1200 with the Performance CNC upgrade. It has the rack and
pinion. I love it. It took a lot to get it working with modern software
but once I got past that hurtle, I've been very happy with it.

originally came with my 1800, but it did not have the rack and pinion setup...
what I am curious about is the ball bearing carriage that Tracy was holding in
the beginning of the video... it fits into the Legacy rail
Hello BillI have no first hand knowledge on this CNC unit. but I was told that
Legacy had a lot of problems with gears striping out with this design. But
having said that, I think this was a good idea and a step in the right

burning most common on the start and stop which we struggle
