I don't recollect this being a difference between V5 and V6 (delux in both cases) but may be wrong. If you find the "All individuals with a tag of" button greyed out whenever tagging is used then it seems something may not be working correctly. Whether a File maintenace>Repair will help I don't

Go to Options > Customize > Launch. In the bottom of the screen select Windows Default Media Player. Now any file type that Windows recognizes can be opened by Legacy. You must also have Adobe Acrobat Reader, or any other PDF file reader installed so Windows knows how to open a PDF file. Brian
