The Standard version and Deluxe version are the same. The difference is the
deluxe version unlocks features for paid users. You don't need to remove
the version you have or download a new version. When you buy Legacy, you
will be emailed a number that will unlock the Deluxe version.
To update, merely click on the Legacy Home tab and look to
the right. Under Updates, you will see what version you are using
and *if* you have the latest version. If not, update from there. You
do not have to remove old or free versions. It is my understanding
that it is best to have a

I follow your second suggestion. The first is a way to keep to the 4
fields and add in address information.
I use whatever I have for the address.
Sometimes house name, sometimes address, occasionally both.
eg Malling Villa, Orchard Lane, Lewes, Sussex, England
