I have just tried to open my family file of 1whole and received the following: Error opening database Unrecognised database format ' C:\Data\1whole.fdb Would you like to TRY IT AGAIN Yes No Quit On selecting yes nothing happens. What have I done and what should I do next please ?

Valerie, If you use the Legacy defaults the path is incorrect and should be C:\Legacy\Data\1whole.fdb. Try going to that location and double-clicking that file to open. Legacy should then be able to find it again. Ron Ferguson
