Just to add another point to Microsoft/IPTC/EXIF discussion. Maybe you know, there is an add-in from microsoft that allow to see and *edit* some of the IPTC/EXIF picture information from Windows explorer. It works with XP (you need SP2 I think) and Vista. It can be downloaded from here

Hi Jan, Codes in square brackets are only for definitions - sentences and the Wording tabs in Report Options. I think you may be able to use codes in chevrons in notes (like the bolding etc) but I don't know if that includes carriage returns. You should be able to find your CR's in notes
