Stay away from access (to start with). Create a new file with new name. Then edit the new file to make NEW match your locations and the sources to match your style. Hello Colin: I'm also not Penny, but I still remember my switch from FTM to Legacy (and only regret not doing it sooner). There were no problems with the import, but I was horrified at the number of errors I found due to my less-than-perfect data entry in FTM. These show up in glaring fashion i
