I've never used the Publishing Center but once you get in there there's
only just so many tabs and other places to click on. Did you click on
them all? I just spent 15seconds in there and this is what I found.

Thank you Ron for answering. OK, I uninstalled the program restared my
computer and reinstalled from the website. I reset the settings to how
I want them.When I opened the program a little box comes up
saying that it was using default settings. I then closed the program.

This is an Access Error which can occur if one is trying to put say , text into
an integer field, as well as the contents of a field being simply too big. It
has nothing to do with the sixe of your file.
