Hi Evert, Thanks for that suggestion, snipYou probably have all the files in the root K:, put some of the files on the flash drives in folders and try again. That's done the trick, I'm now able to save Legacy to my flash, and also open other .fdb files that I couldn't before. Thank you

Hi Colin, A Legacy Users Group in Brisbane would be wonderful. I've been using Legacy for a few years, but what I know is 'dangerous'. A lot of these posts leave my mouth gaping, as to what can be done. I don't understand the value of the Master Source, clipboard, I could go on and on.

If you go to page setup from the menu round button, goto page setup. The dialog comes up. You should have a choice next to your the printer you are going to use. That has a properties button next to it, press it, then if you have a advanced button, you can set it to any size. I just set one to

Keith: As Ron responded, this was discussed on the list but not really resolved. In my case, I had entered a woman's name and marriage date but no husband's name. When I later found and entered his name it appeared in Descendant Book Reports just like your Julia married someone Nelson Taylor.

Don, I hope I understand your question correctly. When you open the window to add the burial address, there is a button to the left that say Address List. If you click on this it will give you the names of all the addresses you've added for events. Is this what you're looking for? Dede Holden
