I tried to get on Family Search from the icon on Legacy just to see
what Family Search was like. It seemed like it was automatically
trying to upload my Legacy files. Is that what happens?

I am sorry for your circumstances. Hindsight is golden. Because of my haste to
get stuff done, I created the same 'waste of quality paper', which lead to my
running to the store for replacement stuff. I always print to regular paper

Does the software also calculate generations? Legacy has a well-documented

In any case, could you send me, off-list perhaps, the name of the software

Thank you John! That was exactly what I was asking. Since the all-in-one

Well written. That's why a lot of people want an "all-in-one" chart.
What is the company that you use to do it?

Stan,
I'm not terribly familiar with the sample database but it appears to me
there is a blank line between each event when I preview a descendant

Yes I have downloaded and a most excellent tool it is.
Managed to achieve what I wanted very quickly. It was just a simple matter
of updating the birth location of the tagged individuals with the required

I don't know that there is a correct format regarding line spacing.
I suppose it's up to each person to decide how they wish their

Only two reports in Legacy will include photos attached to the "vital"
events of birth, chr, death and burial. These are the Family Group sheet
and the Individual Report. If you want gravestone pictures included in
any of the other reports they should be linked to an Event for the person.
