Hi, Bill -- I use PDFs for the same reasons, and they are just easier for me to manipulate and read than GIFs or JPEGs. So far as I know, you have to attach a PDF as a "video" -- this is the only way Legacy will accept it. I haven't figured out a way yet, though, to actually launch it fr

The only report my census "notes" appear on is the family group sheet -- which is the one I use for my "worksheet." If I'm printing one out for someone else, I just omit the "events." If I'm printing one out for me, I include the events, and use list style formatting, so the "notes" print.
