You won't. It doesn't work that way!
Basically, you set whether a person was buried or was cremated at the
individual level. So, Bring up the Indiv
On the Individual screen, click on the arrow at the end of the burial
field. The bottom choice is Cremated. When you check this option,
the wording changes to show Cremated, rather than Buried.

That's because you don't need to change it yourself. On the
Individual's Information screen click the plus sign next to the Burial
Place field and
It automatically changes if you have someone that you have marked as cremated.
On the individual screen click on the plus sign to the right of the burial
field and that gives you an option to check cremated. The Family View should
read correctly for that individual.
