Hi Pat,
When you are setting up the Source Clipboard, you can see both the
Source Detail and the Source Detail Text on the same screen - with
buttons for Source Detail Comments and Picture.
However, when you are using the Source Clipboard repeatedly with
Prompt for Detail, the screen you get
he "Detail Text"
irrelevant? If not, won't clearing the "Detail Text" also clear it from the
RIGHT detail??

The first thing with Legacy sourcing is to get your head around the
difference between a Master Source and the Source Detail.
I think you've done that.
Your cousin is the Master Source (however formally you enter her as
the Master Source), each email a Source detail.
