I already installed to different folders. Now, although, I moved the .usr
files to Legacy7 they aren't being applied. So after uninstalling 7 the where
to install step was skipped on reinstallation and I'm back where I was without
my customizations.

I see no reason why one would do that - they use different formats for
the database. But - it can be done. Rename the SETUP program you
download (the exe) to Legacy7.exe. When you run it - it will create a
folder called Legacy 7 and will not overwrite the Legacy 6 program,
etc. You will have

than Legacy 7.
Most people probably have Legacy 6 installed in the directory: c:\Legacy\
So, install Legacy 7 in the following Directory:C:\Legacy7\
