If you created a new Legacy file and imported just the focus group
into it, wouldn't that only have the desired locations?

Overnight I had been thinking about the problem and "played" with your first
suggestion which was on the same wavelength as my own with a little success
However your second suggestion seems to be a better proposition and will
probably do what I need.

It's much easier to go the other way - from a location to the people using it.
You could get partially what you want by tagging the focus group and
then viewing it the tagged group in the Name List/Search list and
using the Print to choose relevant fields and

is possible within Legacy (or MS Access?) to create a list of all locations
used within this group (probably includes BMD and events) which I can export
to a txt/csv file.
