I read too quickly and missed what you were wanting.
No there isn't a filter to filter out divorced. You may want to put
in a feature request to add this filter. There is one in the Calendar Creator.
In the meantime, I'd do it by tagging those who are divorced (Search
on Marriage

That doesn't work. I even have the database set to show marriage status. The
divorced marriages still show the preferred spouse.

Yes - when customising what to include, include
Marriage: Preferred, Spouse Name
instead of what you've currently chosen to include.
