You might look at GenBox.
It will create a Legend on the Charts with endotes.

However, putting sources on charts is hardly some strange personal
preference. It is, in fact, considered necessary by the professional
organizations of genealogy. Not having that capability is a holdover
from older times - earlier genealogical programs didn't used to clutter
up reports and family
It there a way to print pedigree charts in Legacy with end note type source
citations? When I chose Pedigree Charts and go into Report Options nothing
is selectable under the sources tab. If it can't be done in Legacy is there
some kind of work around?

I think you could do a workaround if you don't mind some hand writing
and cut and pasting. I would do an Ancestor book report
I would definitely like to see this functionality added. I have often seen
pedigree charts with citations and would love to be able to do it in Legacy.
So far, this issue has been one of the few that I have had with the
software.

Use the Publishing Center which is under reportsbooks / other. It can
produce any number of various reports and then a consolidated index for the
entire run. It also numbers the pages so the collection does not look like
it was stapled together from disparatly produced reports.
