There are a number of screen capture utilities available - free and
shareware. Windows users though have a basic built-in screen capture
utility all ready to use with a couple of keystrokes.
To capture the full screen, just
Along the upper right row of keys on your keyboard is a button that says
Print Scr (or something similar)Hitting this key will take a snapshot of
your screen.
Open MS Excel (or the Word Perfect or Open Office equivalent)
You should see an icon that looks like a clipboard - click on this to
paste
With Word Perfect, after pressing Prnt Screen just open new document,
click Edit, Paste Special, Device Independent Bitmap, click OK, save and
name the file.
