worked okay as far as not having to do a lot of duplicate entering of names,

are repeated twice
Hmm, the only way I could get comments to appear twice for an individual
was to enter them twice. Could the original author of the Gedcom have
entered them twice by accident perhaps? I am thinking it occurred
because it is in the Gedcom twice.

It's only the standard version which is not much different than the
standard version of 6. It appears that most of the changes in version
7.0 belong to the Deluxe so we're still 'stuck' until we can purchase
it. Only a few days to go I think.
