Sure! go to the Individual Information screen, look at the icons
displayed. One of them should resemble a notepad. Click on that.
You are taken to a new window with three tabs, General, Research, and
Medical. Click on the Medical tab. There is a cause of death field
there. There you go.

Right click over the labels and select the ... button next to Cause of
Death. Either select a different field to display or choose the firs
option, which is "blank - display nothing."
