There were not two Germanys - Germany and GERMANY. I could not find the
Options menu that Ronald Ferugson described. What actually did work was
going to the Master Location list and correcting the Germany by hand.

In the Master Location List, you can click on the one you don't like and
go to Edit, and change it. Since I use city/state/ country format,
Germany by itself is preceded by two commas, such as
", , Germany" therefore it would not be confused by "Germantown,
county, state".

Have you tried Options>Customise>Data Format and check "Don't change what I
enter" for the first option "Letter Case of Given Names and Locations".
If that doesn't work please come back as there may be an alternative way of
doing this.

Germanys on your list, one in title case and the other in all caps. If so,
merge the two, so that the one in all caps becomes the only version.
