You have selected the correct template, as the actual source you are
consulting is the newspaper. Most obits make no reference of the author, so
yes, just leave the author fields blank. The templates are flexible enough
that you can leave a field blank if you wish, and the formatting
That is a spectacular feature. I just assumed it would search
alphabetically from the list shown, which does not include one startinmg
with obit.
