Thank you for your responses. I have attempted the creation of the same
reporting in Legacy. The issue I have with the source and citation
presentation in this reporting is that it is too much and too academic to
present to a family member who has a minimal understanding of the

If you don't include the data in the Individual
Report, then you won't get the Sources.
You need to check everything on the Include Tab.
You also need to make sure that in the Sources,
the Print boxes are all checked as desired.

Yes... Go to Reports, Choose Individual Report, deselect all boxes on the
Include tab (eliminates preparing info you won't be using anyway), go to
Sources tab and check Print Source Citations > as endnotes at end of all
reports. Close screen. Then click on Preview (Screen/Printer option
