Karl, To clear the tags Right Click on any tag box in Family View. Check untag select the tag you want cleared and click Close. This will remove a single tag you have chosen. If you want to untag all 9 tags, click on Clear All Tag Numbers for Everyone. Hope this helps. Glenn Kinkade On

Glenn: I should have stated that I have no intention of making all 9 tags permanent. I want that to be a user's choice as to whether one or more tags are made permanent, or later returned to a temporary state. By mistake one can click Clear All Tag Numbers for Everyone, and then tags do

I agree with making 9 visible. Also allow them to be made permanent, by the user, so they are not erased by accident. This just reminded me that long ago I wanted to clear mine and could not find a way to do it...although it's probably easy and I just missed it. Can someone give me a hint?
